LVN Position Rotating schedule with every other weekend and some holidays Monday-Friday: 11:30-22:00 Saturday-Sunday: 08:30-19:00 Required Qualifications: CA LVN License BLS (AHA or ARC only) Flu vaccination (no exemptions/no declinations) 1 years of experience in Urgent Care/ER 2 years of overall outpatient experience Phlebotomy and IV certified Experience with CS Link/Epic NO RTO requests can be accommodated Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in IM/UC/ER
